Skilled Egyptian labor is required and desirable in a number of countries in the world, especially Arab countries, making this one of the most important sources of Egyptian national income.
And with the opportunities to increase the volume of this labor abroad ⎼ especially after Egypt and Libya signed a number of joint memorandums of understanding that include benefiting from Egyptian labor in the reconstruction of Libya ⎼ it was necessary to find organized technical and logistical solutions that support and keep pace with modern technology in a way that secures and facilitates ways of employment and procedures for distinguished workers’ travel to all countries thirsty for them.
From here a travel journey began to meet the expected needs of the labor market.

The Journey of Safar
Safar was founded following agreements between Egypt and Libya to support the reconstruction of Libya with Egyptian talent. This marked the start of our journey, expanding our services to offer smart logistical solutions for professionals across various regions.
In Libya, we placed over 20,000 workers in key construction projects. Our success led to new opportunities, including 518 agricultural workers recruited for Serbia. In addition to recruiting, we also sent dedicated teams to manage and oversee the workers we’ve placed in countries like Serbia and Saudi Arabia. This includes coordinating all aspects of their professional and logistical needs, ensuring smooth operations and the well-being of our recruits Overseas.
We provided a good number of drivers to Major Transportation organization in Saudi Arabia, as well as a good number of airport workers for the pilgrimage season, and 370 medical professionals to Libya. In Serbia, we began supplying skilled workers for the construction sector, with a goal of reaching 10,000 workers by 2025.
